These grilled beets are easy to make when you wrap them in foil and cook on the grill Delicious as a summer side dish or added to a green salad

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios Coat one side of a large piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Place beets and butter on foil; season with salt and pepper. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios Wrap foil over beets. Place packet on the grill grate. Cook until beets are very tender
