This peach cake recipe belonged to my mother and we enjoy it when fresh summer peaches are in season but you can make it anytime using canned peaches

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan. Combine eggs
  • sugar
  • and oil in a large bowl; stir in flour
  • salt
  • cinnamon
  • and baking soda. Fold in peaches and pecans; pour cake batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  • about 50 minutes.
