This is a family recipe passed along by my late cousin David It is so simplejust four ingredients thrown in the slow cooker Not only is it great to come home to a hot delicious mealyour home will smell wonderful too The brisket is great with the extra gravy spooned over egg noodles or mashed potatoes

Instructions

  • Place beef brisket in a slow cooker. Whisk chili sauce
  • onion soup mix
  • and garlic powder together in a medium bowl; pour over brisket. Cover slow cooker. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours. Slice brisket against the grain; pour gravy over slices.
