I think this fish dip recipe is worldclass and puts most others to shame It is served in several prominent restaurants on the Gulf Coast of Florida Serve with crackers lemon or lime wedges and capers

Instructions

  • Gather the ingredients. Place whitefish
  • sour cream
  • and mayonnaise in the bowl of a food processor; season with hot pepper sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • liquid smoke
  • seafood seasoning
  • and cracked black pepper. Blend until combined with a spread-like consistency. Cook’s Note We use well-boned smoked whitefish
  • but any other smoked fish should work.
