The retro classic cocktail meatballs in grape jelly inspired this spicy orange bison balls recipe I took that idea along with my love of spicy orange beef and came up with this combination

Spicy Orange Bison Balls

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine bison
  • bread crumbs
  • garlic
  • egg
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl; divide and form into 24 meatballs. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs; cook until nicely browned on all sides
  • 7 to 10 minutes. Add water
  • orange marmalade
  • rice wine vinegar
  • chili sauce
  • and soy sauce to the skillet. Bring to a simmer
  • reduce heat to medium-low
  • and cook until sauce thickens
  • about 1 hour.
