Pour 6 ounces of vodka from the bottle and set aside for another use.
To the reserved vodka in the bottle
add vermouth
brine
and water. Put the top on the bottle and invert bottle to incorporate the ingredients.
Place bottle in the freezer for at least 4 hours and up to 2 months.
To serve
pour desired amount into chilled glass and garnish with olives.
